If I could give 0 stars I would. I have come into the shop on different occasions and the girl has had her headphones in while trying to provide service to us. Didn't seem to know what she was talking about with shipping because the price that she quoted us was 2 times the amount at what we could go online and get. And also today I go in looking for something and the girl refuses to even answer my question even though there was only one other customer in there (that I know personally ) because I was now wearing a mask. I told her that I have a medical exemption and she still refuse to answer my question. Then said it was the law to wear a mask and it is not the law. She was extremely rude and I will never bring my business there again which is sad for them because I do a lot of shipping and printing with my business. I was very pleasantly surprised when I came into the store to drop off a package for Fed Ex.I told the girl, her name was Jessica, that I needed to drop off a return pkg. She actually scanned my package in front of me and gave me a receipt as proof that I had actually dropped it off. Other places do not do that for their customers. I haved dopped off many packages at other places and have never been given a receipt. She also showed me around the store at the different items you carry such as honey!! Who knew? I will bring my business here...

They are very friendly, they know what they do when it comes to printing, good prices, good quality ink and supplies, but I wish they would work longer hours and that at least 2 people were there to help. The times that I have been there, I had to wait 15 or more minutes to print because the employee is attending to another person. Something that only takes a few minutes can become 1 hour.
