Food was fine. They followed my instructions without messing up. Great job plus they have military discounts! It was a great veterans day!
We stopped by on Friday about 4pm the day after Thanksgiving and I asked for my military discount and Meagan just shut the window on us... Pick up window was just as rude. Blonde girl with black framed glasses, I asked for the receipt and she just gave me a dirty look and said its in the bag. So we left, ok so we were headed home and I started on my burrito, I asked for extra cheese and sour cream on the entire burrito and I paid for it. So I got half of the cheese as normal and no sour cream at all. Then I opened the cinnamon crusto's and it had about 1/3rd the normal amount. So today just after 4pm we stopped by again and surprise surprise today the exact same order turned out to be $2.00 cheaper than the other day... The order was almost done correctly, not enough cheese and the correct amount of sour cream!!! And the girl handed me the receipt, it showed the military discount and it was all done and without all the rotten attitude, we figured it was black Friday and they had to work. The service was good, and the time it took to get my food improved somewhat, maybe they were making sure my food order was good, or at the very least, was meeting the standards that Taco Time customers expect from this food chain. But again, I was wrong. It was a BURNT!! Food, all thrown in slopy and falling apart. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SERVING SOMETHING LIKE THIS. And I can also see that the iron they use to press and toast their wrap needs to be clean. I had bits of who knows what on there. Disgusting. 😝
Owner, please look at your reviews. From experience, I can tell you that if your staff is Cutting corners on cleanliness and food prep due to a lack of training, it will close your restaurant. Sometimes, all it takes is 10 min a day and constant follow-up. Hold them...

The person at the drive-thru window didn't make any effort to confirm that our order was correct prior to giving us a price, and when we pulled up and went through the correct order with them, they repeated it back but still gave us the wrong items. We have an individual in the family with a dreadful allergy to yellow dyes, and though we asked no less than 3 times that 2 of our 4 items be made with white cheese as a substitute, they charged us for 5 items and put yellow cheese in all of them!
While I've seen my share of the food service industry and acknowledge that it's a difficult job, it's still acutely important for food service workers to understand and remain on board with the the fact that food allergies can be actively life threatening for people.
