I really wanted to like my experience but it was the worst work I’ve ever had done. I went in knowing the gal was newer but everything on her instagram showed promising work. My nails already look like two weeks of regrowth and she did not reshape any of my nails to match. The polish is extremely uneven. She was also very rough filing and my finger ended up cracked and bleeding after She was done. It surprises me that the owners did not sit down and have her do a set of nails in front of them. They would’ve seen that she was lacking. There’s no way that only my nails look like this. I’m sure this gal will have room to grow I just wish people were truthful with their skills and abilities before taking clients. I’ve been going to Kylee here at Jade & Co for over three years, and I can honestly say she is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, confident, and completely taken care of. She does my extensions, and I’m constantly blown away by how natural, seamless, and beautiful they look every single time.

Kylee is not only insanely talented at what she does, but she’s also kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She listens, she educates, and she works magic with her hands. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I constantly get compliments thanks to her.

Been going here for about 4 months. One of the girls there had to go on leave so another girls did a refill on my lashes. I actually liked the way they looked after she was done. A couple of days later I had a big clump of eyelashes break off..and then another chunk a couple of days later. I was worried! This has never happened! The lashes were so stacked and heavy they broke my eyelashes off!! I texted to my regular girl she said that the other girl would make it right. Well, the other girl offered no apology, no solution, just became very defensive, and then things got really weird! They both ganged up on me and got rude! I finally said you won't see me again! Lesson learned! I don't know about anyone else but customer service matters to me! It would have been so nice to even here...
