El Chilito Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Tremonton

I hope these guys will expand on their advertising efforts, because the food is delicious 😋 and advertising is a good way to stay in business! I got Carne Asada tacos and they were seriously amazing!!! My husband got the create your own pick 3 plate thing and he tried the chili Verde, carnitas and I can't remember what else, but he loved all of it, and I tried every one of his entre selections and was surprised at how yummy everything was!! They are a bit pricey, but nothing out of line with prices everywhere else... besides, I'd rather pay their price and love the food than pay for something mediocre. Oh and I had left overs that I warmed up on the stove the next day and every bite was just as delicious as it was when I ate it fresh. Oh, and that's another thing that's great, is that they cooked everything to order. Except probably the beans and rice, but they were still great. 10/10 will be going again! We ate here our first night in town for my fiance's work. We were super hungry and tired from a 12 HR drive that day plus 2 12 HR drives the previous 2 days. We usually choose Mexican due to how quickly the food comes out, but the wait here was quite longer than we are used to. That was okay. I got the creamy enchiladas (mainly due to a Schitt's Creek reference. Lol) They were actually very good. Chicken was slightly dry but with everything combined, (sauce covering them) they were yummy.
