I ordered a medium iced white hot chocolate and when they gave me the drink, it was only half full of the actual drink and filled up the other half with whipped cream. I believe the manager's brother or boyfriend was sat in the back of the store and the manager kept running back and forth between them and the counter. This caused the second drink (a Carmel hazelnut latte) that I ordered to be forgotten, and another employee had to ask if I even had ordered another drink and what it was. When I did leave I thought that I saw an employee drinking a half full cup of what looked like my iced white hot chocolate. Which I assume was the other half on my drink that the employee tried to subtly steal. I can't say for sure though. The drinks I got did taste good, and they were made decently quick. But the unprofessional environment and a half full drink...

I'm turning my 5 star review to a 1 star review. I recently visited this coffee shop to get my coffee beans grinded. It went from a convenient way to get my beans grounded to a cost. The way they did it was manipulative, and I will not be returning. They took my coffee bean bag and then said it would cost $15. I was forced to pay the money. If they had told me the price beforehand, I would have declined it, but since they had already taken my bag, I felt manipulated to pay. I will never return. I will find competitors with better service than forced...

Lukewarm coffee and absolutely no standards of hygiene!!! The barista reached into the warming pitcher with her hands after taking my cash payment to steam the coffee to proper temperature . I don't know how the temperature gauge worked, because the coffee turned out to be lukewarm. Then she proceeded to wipe the lid of the coffee cup with the counter wiping dirty rag!!! I should have demanded my money back and walked out! Instead I just reached for a new lid. The Costco muffin that they sold was the only good part of the experience. I will never come back!!!...
