Years ago, I brought a case before my then slum lord, Elizabeth for not returning my rent deposit after I moved. I'm going to skip to the court date. The judge was the dishonorable Judge McNamara or some thing or other. I know a couple of his younger family members in a professional capacity. This pompous a$$ was one of the worst professionals I've met and a shame to his family. He was rude to me through out the hearing, he insulted my mental health issues for which I was receiving treatmentnt at that time or me and the bailiff would have been moving furniture in that courtroom or I would have been in superior court instead. Then on the word of that sorry landlord, insulted my registered Cane Corso as stinking. She went to the roomer monthly and with no bite record, my late Mimi went to doggy daycare on a regular basis. I've since moved from the USA overall kind and take pride in keeping a code of ethics. I unfortunately remember the harassment and nasty treatment that i underwent in my home land. I now live in peace among people who are are...
Read moreI didn’t think it was likely for even a woman judge to be biased and misogynistic; however, that was just proven wrong. Judge Jodi F. Her mind was clearly made up before the hearing started, and she even gave the other party control of the hearing for a brief moment. The ruling was biased and Judge Jodi Bouer spoke with much carelessness and laxity when it was my turn to testify. Even though she is a part of the family division, she does not exhibit family-like qualities nor is she demonstrating trauma informed care. I hope the recording of the hearing is reviewed and other individuals can recognize that Jodi Bouer is not fit to be in this position to further re-victimize others who are actually...
Read morePeople who work here genuinely do not care about your case or you as a person. They will give you limited information, often WRONG, and upon returning, will ask for more or make you feel stupid for doing something incorrectly. Get ready to play 20 questions and still leave the building without a clue on how to properly deal with your case because the workers act as if doing their job is torture. Get ready to drive around the entire state because not even the workers themselves know what is required and will give you general instructions, although every case is unique. They would rather RUDELY speak over you while you try to ask questions then use their brain and think for two minutes.
You would think official government employees would have...
