Where do I even begin to describe this business. I guess I will start off with how awesome the ladies are who work there. Not only do they offer awesome customer service but they always make sure that you get exactly what you want. I have ordered prom flowers, Mother's Day gifts, funeral arrangements, and soon they will be doing my wedding. They offer flowers and gifts for any occasion and not to mention put a unique touch on all there work. They will also deliver which is a huge convenience. Anyone I have ever bought a gift for from here has been absolutely thrilled. They go above and beyond at what they do. I cannot think of another flower shop around where you can get beautiful work, awesome customer service, and have no worries that what you ordered is going to be absolutely beautiful. I have complete trust in every employee there especially the owner Janice. She will go completely out of her way for any of her customers and does outstanding work. We ordered flowers for someone that was sick and it was a surprise for her and I called in a complaint with what was on the card and was told by the lady that answered the phone said I am very sorry and that she would let the other lady know that the card was wrong and I asked for her to call me back but instead of calling me back they called the sick person that didn't need to know that there was an issue. Then the flower shop finally called me back, was very rude and said she is pleased with the flowers and that there was nothing wrong with the flowers and then said so it is all good and it was not because the name was wrong on the card of who it was from. Will never use again the flowers were not bright like what there website shows they have she said that it is hard to keep all flowers...

Stark difference between the picture I ordered from and reality. The basket was several grades worse. So we’re the flowers. Some were dead. I’d post pictures as proof if I knew how. I’m really disappointed in trying to make someone’s day special and it going very underwhelmingly. I ordered a $70 basket of plants that if I saw what I was getting I wouldn’t have paid $10 for.
