Terrible! There was three of us. We all ordered Dr. Pepper, it was absolutely nasty. The food was okay at first, but the more we ate the worse it got. The service was nothing more than taking out order and bringing it to us. The "waitress" never checked on us, so I never had a chance to mention how bad the drinks were. She just sat at their booth and never got up. We decided that we had had enough and we're just gonna pay for our food, box it up, and go home. We waited for our check, only to finally have to go and get it from her. Also we were the only people in the entire dining room. My wife brought the receipt and I was shocked to see we had been charged $50. I went and asked to see our itemized receipt and was told that I could look at the menu the prices are listed there. First, I want to say the food was very good. At over $20 each, it was expensive, given that it was served in styrofoam to-go boxes - even though the menu stated that it would be "served on a sizzling platter" - with the cheapest plastic forks I have ever seen. When my wife said "We asked for dining in, not to-go," we were told "We're out of plates." Yet, there were two large stacks of plates on the (closed) buffet line. If you like soup this is the place for you. My General's chicken was soup. No crunch no veggies, just some weird sauce with soggy chicken floating on top. Only half the bar was open for lunch. One hostess/busser seating and cleaning. I have eaten here on a handful of occasions and it seems to get worse and worse each visit. Normally I dont post negative reviews, but the owner/staff at Asian Garden need to step up and get with it or this place is destined for a failure. Sadly its the only game in town.
