Subway — Restaurant in Trenton

Staff not very friendly , weren't rude just didn't talk to me directly . Ordered on line went in to get my sandwich. 2 people working , one was briefly on phone the other sweeping in front of counter . They didn't greet me when I went in , I waited for the girl behind the counter to get off phone. The other one just ignored me . She got off phone said can I help you with something? I told her I was picking up my order she pointed at a rack said it would be there . I found my order told them thank you went outside. I got to car we were traveling there was no napkins in bag . I had to go in to get napkins didn't know where to find them so I ask she said otherwise of counter . Went back to car , sandwich I ordered was the Italian on toasted bread . Cut inn 1/2 the sandwich wasn't toasted or cut took it back in to get it cut . They seemed to be bothered by me so I didn't even mention it not being toasted. I just took it as is . This subway is super understaffed but overall decent.The food is always made good there though,Sarah is always nice when i come in..i prefer her making my food out of anyone.I don’t know what position she holds but a while ago i went in and a cashier said aloud to a customer that she was going to give her an employee discount, i guess they were family because they were talking a lot and holding up the line,when i went up to pay for mine i asked if i could get a discount too(even though i know customers aren’t supposed to get one just to see what she’d say) and she straight up told me no,i didn’t want to cause a scene so i just took my food and left,the name on her tag said Rachel and she was an older lady. Ordered 2 footlocker subs online, one was a combo meal, the other just sandwich. Wife went into pick up the order and it was sandwiches only. She ask the guy behind the counter if one was suppose to be a meal. He very rudely snap no it was on the receipt. When she got to the car, she checked the receipt. Well there it was in black and white a meal deal. She went back in and ask for her drink and chips, same guy again snapped very rudely again. What kind lady!
