I ordered the Martini Brushed Cocktail Table in Gold through one of their retailers and it arrived damaged. There's surface damage on the edge and some of the patina is missing. It's been over a week and they have yet to respond to the claim and photos I submitted through the retailer. They just said the claim is "under review". It's clearly a manufacturing defect. Why would you make your customers wait that long for a resolution? And I also have this huge box that it arrived in that I can't discard. Dare I say you get better customer service from Ikea.

Then once I sent you what you requested you accused me of buying it from a "3rd party retailer" when I got the retailer from your site.
The replacement table finally came 2.5 weeks later and it's also damaged, even worse than the first one. Now the retailer wants to refund my money because he doesn't want to deal with it. WHAT A MESS!!

I called Clifton park service department and they told me you can no longer get parts for the chair due to manufacturer went out of business. I was ready to buy a new chair witch is not cheap. I took the chair apart a figured it out to be the switch. I called Clifton park again to see if they had one laying around. They told me the person that I needed to talk to was in a meeting and would call me back. They never did. So I decided to call albany store and talked to someone in the service department and he told me you can get parts for the chair. He took the time to go and find a switch that would work. I was able to assemble the bench but it was clear that I needed a different leg on the right side. I made my original purchase on Amazon and was quite concerned that the remedy would be sending me a new bench when all I needed as a new leg.
