Absolutely disgusted by my experience this morning at this Walgreens. Iâve been coming here once a week to stock up on Red Bull usually about 12 to 15 cans, depending on whatâs available. I mix them up between regular, sugar-free, and the flavored ones. There are two fridges in this location with Red Bull: the big side fridge and a smaller one up front near the register.
Today, I went to the side fridge first like I always do, then headed to the front to grab the rest. A woman working near the photo booth said âI can take you here if youâre ready,â and I told her âIâm not done yet I still need to get more Red Bull from the front fridge.â Her entire attitude shifted.
She replied, âWe donât have another fridge with Red Bull.â I literally said, âYes you do. I come here every week. I know where it is.â Then she started following me and repeating herself like I didnât know what I was talking about. Even jogged a little after me, clearly trying to act like she was âwatchingâ me.
Then surprise I opened the very real, very much existing front fridge, grabbed the rest of my drinks, and made direct eye contact while doing it. Because she knew she was lying. She knew what she was implying. And after that, she switched up. Got all nice. âWhat name do you want on the screen?â Trying to play it cool.
No. You donât get to disrespect me, follow me around the store like Iâm stealing, lie to my face, then get sweet when you realize you were wrong. I was wearing pajamas. Thatâs it. That was your reason to profile me? News flash: pajamas donât equal poor. I have more than plenty sitting in my bank account and spent $36 on drinks without blinking. Be for real.
I donât know if it was because Iâm Hispanic or just because I wasnât dressed up but either way, it was disgusting. You need to train your staff not to treat customers like criminals just for shopping a certain way. You donât lie to customers. You donât profile people. And you definitely donât make them feel like theyâre being stalked around the store over twelve cans of Red...
Read moreI would give a zero if I could. There is a lady in the pharmacy with red hair and glasses that is very rude. The doctor called in a script but the pharmacy would not fill it because of insurance issues. A call was placed and told it would be paid for in cash and was placed on hold for several minutes so drove out there. Told again it would be paid for with cash. The lady with red hair and glasses told us to sit down it would be 10 minutes, but nobody else was there and waiting. The glasses lady said she had to look up somebody's information and could not do it because we were standing there. I told her we could not see the computer screen. She said if we would not sit down she would call the manager. Go ahead! The manager was a descent lady told her to do her job or go take a break. Needless to say it only took 3 mimutes to count out 21 pills for seizures that has to be taken on schedule. It is places like this that I am thankful in Missouri we have Mom and Pop pharmacies instead of dealing with jokes like the one...
Read moreMy daughter tested positive for the Flu and the doctor sent over 2 prescriptions: 1 for her and 1 for me. Mine was ready, hers was not. Her appointment was before mine so it was odd that there was no record of the prescription. When asked if I needed to call the doctor to see if it was even sent, the only thing I was told was to just wait around and try back in 30 minutes but wasn't guaranteed an answer. I called the doctor. The prescription was sent over together. This review is being left 3 hours after picking up 1 of the 2. Still haven't heard back about my daughter's prescription. The customer service was terrible and the lady was rude as could be from the beginning. This pharmacy continuously gets worse and worse. We don't get medications often but it will 100% never be here again. Do yourself a favor,...
