When we pulled up we noticed that the parking lot had not been cleared of snow. It was one big puddle of dirty slush that you had to walk through to get inside. We were greeted with a less than enthusiastic and poorly dressed employee. I had to ask her twice where the sides section of the menu was at. The first time I asked she just stared at me blankley. She was then outwardly annoyed that I was requesting something that was not include on the menu board above her head. For the record it was beans and cheese. We went to get our drinks... no ice in the machine. Another employee got the ice from drive-thru. I'll add here that during our whole visit (45 mins) no one came out to put ice in the machine. We then brought our food to the table only to discover that my friends burrito was not what she ordered. She asked and paid for extra beef. It was the most pitiful looking burrito. She went up to ask if they did indeed put in extra beef. He hollered from the line that yes, he used two scoops not one. He made no attempt to talk to her one on one or make it right. I have noticed that despite the increase in prices the portion sizes are getting smaller. Now I am not a disgruntled customer. Neither was my friend. She returned to the table with her head down completely bummed that she had paid for something she did not get. I have been in customer service for 30 years and this establishment was a complete failure from beginning to end. Read moreThe food was really good however I did have to go back through the line because they had my order wrong and I had already touched the food with my hands that I needed replaced and one of the Taco Bell workers had asked for the food back that needed to be replaced I found that really odd since we are going through a pandemic I even asked the worker are you sure you want the food back it's already been touched and he turned around and asked one of the employees by the name of Tiffany do you want the food back and she said yes I noticed she had a pair of gloves on and so did the worker at the window they both touch the food and I sat there for a minute and they was handling other people's drinks and the bags they were handing back out the window I don't have covid-19 but I just found it very odd as much as these restaurants are pushing things like masks and what not that they would ask for the food back after somebody handled it.
