AMAZING Intimate Essentials — Local services in Troy

Very clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection with a great variety. I never feel uncomfortable or judged here, my experiences are always great! Definitely recommend! Way better than any other in the capital region, in fact, best adult store I've ever been in!

EDIT: April 2021 this place is still very clean and well stocked, staff however is vastly different than my previous trips here. Customers are definitely just another number to the woman with glasses that works here, a number she doesn’t care about, was on the phone the whole time, had her friend on speaker, I didn’t bother asking for help with the CBD products, she had better things to do than make a sale. Oh whale 🐳

This is generally a great shop. Probably the best one in the area for toys. Though they have gotten kind of butt stuff heavy of late... But tonight the lady working was rude and forced us out early. We arrived an hour before close and she proceeded to huff and puff and complain about every customer that entered. Finally she said we needed to hurry up because the store was closing. It was a full half hour before closing time. And when I pointed that out she denied the reality of the big click on the wall behind her. She chased every customer out. It's too bad, this is a good store. But in this kind of business people tend to be a bit shy anyway, to be chased out by the employee doesn't make their odds of returning all that great. Like others have said, the outside is a little touch and go looking, but the inside is very lovely. I walked in and the clerk was very friendly and professional. I was free to browse their pretty large selection without being bothered but when I did have questions the clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly, offering great recommendations.
