Prime Burger and Shakehouse — Restaurant in New York

Prime Burger's food is absolutely fantastic, and they have good people there. A word of caution, though, do NOT get delivery. My family and I have given grubhub more than enough chances with this place and too often, they just don't deliver. There's no explanation, no support from GH, nothing. By the time that gets figured out, over an hour has passed in total from when you ordered. Save yourself the trouble and pick up the food yourself. Don't give GH any money for delivery from here. Mealeo is way more reliable in my experience for delivery from Troy restaurants. Prime Burger, please consider switching to Mealeo so your customers actually...

Honestly the food is amazing but the online support and service is completely trash. I put in an online order maybe and hr or so before they closed at “8pm”, the order was accepted but I didn’t see that it would be ready THE NEXT DAY until submitting the purchase ! If that was the case I would have never put the order in. I’ve tried calling the location and staff/owner fail to answer the phone, I understand we get busy but I’ve reached out several different times at different times of the day and still no answer. This goes out to the owner of this establishment: I have never been to your restaurant so I can’t rate the food. But I looked at the reviews to get a feel for the opinions of people who HAVE eaten there. What I saw was just as telling - you thank the people who give high ratings but seem to dismiss/ignore the people who have legitimate complaints - restaurant closing earlier than posted time, food deliveries never arriving, etc. My advice would be to flip that coin- put 90% of your effort into things that need fixing. It is simply an ego boost to dwell on your strengths....
