We had a very disappointing experience at this bowling place. My family and I arrived at 4:45 pm and were informed that all lanes would close at 5:30 pm due to some leagues coming in. However, we decided to stay and paid for the lane. Unfortunately, we were given only one light ball to share between two kids, and the computer on our lane was not working. It took some time for someone to come and fix it, and even after the repair, the score was messed up. The equipment is old and got stuck a few times, causing my children to have to use heavier balls (their lighter ball was not coming back). Despite the younger child's hand hurting, he came up to the front desk and was refused another ball. We were also told that the lane would close at 5:30 pm, but it actually closed at 5:20 pm, which meant we had only about 30 minutes to play. The game ended even before every player’s turn was over. Additionally, we usually use bumpers for our kids, but the old screen did not allow that option, we decided not to waste our time further figuring it out with the front desk. Upon leaving, when returning our shoes, I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the experience, but the person was extremely rude and made it seem like it was all our fault. He did not show any sympathy or understanding for our situation, and instead blamed me for not coming to him and explaining the whole situation with the only light ball. He also did not seem to care that we were unable to keep score during the game. Overall, I was very disappointed with this bowling place and the service we received. The equipment was outdated and faulty, the staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic, and our experience was ruined as a result. I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest finding a better...
Read moreWOULD NOT RECOMMEND! FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! Came here with my daughter for our weekly mother daughter day. The staff which was an older male and an older woman with glasses working the counter was less than welcoming. Very short and somewhat bothered when responding and talking with me, seemed like I was annoying them when asking questions about pricing. Overall just not friendly, there is an indescribable feeling of not being wanted that you get and you just know as a person of color what that feeling is when you are experiencing it because they don’t and can’t hide it. We were not wanted and their attitude and behavior displayed just that. Even when I told them how I felt the guy very dryly responded “sorry you feel that way” and gave me a refund no real inquiry to see if it was a just a misunderstanding, and the woman rolled her eyes. What began as what I thought would be a fun bowling outing with food with my daughter turned into a quick reminder that racism and prejudice is still very much real and I’ll keep my dollars and business where it’s wanted. And if you think that I’m lying just check the google reviews on how rude and short the front desk staff is. The only good thing was the pricing was affordable compared to...
Read moreWant somewhere to just do a fun family outing. We walked in went to the desk..waited at least 5 minutes before someone walked out of the office to greet us. Was super nice we paid for two games , we got shoes we got our lane. They have QR code on the table to order food and drinks. We ordered a a pitcher of pop and a pretzel it took possibly 25 mins to get and I walked down there 3 times. Then we ordered a few other things they never got the order!! In the meantime we are in the middle of a game and our lane shuts off. Had to go up to the counter to ask for them to turn it back on. We were at the end of the second game the last player had half the frame left and the lane shut off again. We definitely...
