I agree with the other reviewer over the hang tag...I purchased a bag here in Feb and was discouraged from having a hang tag monogrammed as the employees stated they were not confident in their abilities. I've since bought a limited product from coach online that wasn't sold in their store...brought it in for monogramming and was again discouraged from having it monogrammed.. but, first the sales associate made a statement "Idk because I've never seen that bag before" insinuating it was fake...after that she was still "their best" at doing the tags so she did one for me and it was less than perfect. Wouldn't allow me to buy a hang tag because the purchase wasn't in store (even though they never actually had the bag in store). Even after all that I purchased something else a bag (preorder) and wallet. I requested to purchase a tag instead of monogramming the one included with the bag and the same associate was again not confident except on telling me their policy on purchasing extra tags, not monogramming. At this point I feel the service is a joke and will continue to purchase bags online and forgo the Monogram. The associates need proper training/practice if they are not confident. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and the bag is on my friend hand, so she said I cannot do the price adjustment since the policy. I totally understand that, no one can break the rule. Then I request the receipt or anytransaction info based on the date and my credit card number so I can call the customer service to see if I can have other way. But she said they cannot do that!!!!!!!! Kidding me? !!!!!!!You never save the transaction in your database? It is more like she doesn't want to offer any help in this case any more. Just because I want to do a price adjustment but not purchase a new bag? What a greedy woman. I called the customer service and they help me solve the problem. I love coach customer service. Read moreI have had most of not all of my coach bags monogrammed here. I love this location! Many employees have the skills to do fun monograms, and some don't, so I would be aware as a customer if whoever is helping you insists every step of the way it will turn out poorly, believe them. I've had pebblestone leather monogrammed beautifully here before, but this last time a gentleman named Aaron helped me and while he said his skill level on the machine was low, I knew it wasn't impossible to do a legible, in line monogram on pebblestone leather like he insisted. I would like management to consider not letting an employee use the machine if they feel that unsure they can do it well (he seemed unsure and made many excuses as to why it would not turn out well before he was done) I forget the name of the woman who helped last time, but she did the blue tag in the picture.
