I don't ever write reviews but I was so disappointed in the service that I got while coming to this place. I had purchase a belt for my dad for his Christmas gift. It was unopened until Christmas Day and never worn. I went into the gucci store a couple days after Christmas, January 2nd to be exact. I talked to the same employee that helped me when I first purchased the belt, Bianca. When I first purchased the belt, she informed me that it was the last belt they had in the store, seeing it was the belt they had on display. There were scratches on the belt that I didn't notice when I first bought it, probably from many people coming into the store and trying it on. She looked at the belt and said that it had signs of wear for at least a couple hours and that there was nothing she could do, no return or exchange. I explained to her that it was NOT worn even once and that my dad has not been out due to the pandemic and since he has been stuck at home for the past week due to the flu virus. She was very unprofessional and rude when telling me that there was nothing she could do. You would think that they would be more professional, seeing that this is a high end designer store. This should've been handled more professionally, instead my mom had to get involved over the phone for them to even consider helping us. When we purchased the belt, the tag on it was missing. She informed us that it shouldn't be a problem if we needed to come back later on and return or exchange it if my dad didn't like it. This was not the case, seeing that if the tag was still on it, they probably would've assumed that my dad did not wear the belt, which he didn't. The person that assured me that there would be no problem with exchange or returns (Bianca), was the same person that denied me that service when I came back. Very disappointed that I spent my money at a place that wouldn't help me if there were any problems. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about going into this store to just buy your item online. She made my experience there very uncomfortable and difficult. Save your time and your mental health and buy online. Nothing against the gucci brand, just did not enjoy my experience at all and I wish my little cousins didn't have to witness how rude she was. I will not...
Read more9 minutes ago My husband purchased the Jumbo GG bamboo purse for me as a gift about 3.5 months ago. The sales associate, Sean, was wonderful and we were excited about this purchase. However, a few months into use, the leather stared to peel. I brought the bag into the store and it was sent out for repair, which Gucci decided to replace the purse for me. I went into the store to pick it up, and when I returned home noticed it was the smaller version of my purse, not my original. I went back into the store again, and brought my receipts with me as proof of the discrepancy in bags. The sales associate argued with me about the smaller purse being the correct bag, until I told her, "I am telling you..this is not the right purse!" She then went into the back and resolved the issue, only to then offer me the display bag because they did not have a new one. I took the display, went home, and spoke with my husband. We both agreed that for this inconvenience, we were offered a new bag and to only be given the display is not right. This was a purchase of a luxury item! After speaking with the manager (whom was again, very disrespectful and sounded annoyed at this point), he said that "You were already accommodated once, this will be the last time we will accommodate you." This was in reference to the fact that Gucci gave me the wrong replacement bag! I felt so overwhelmed at this point that I asked for a refund, again, the manager said, "Yeah, this is a 3.5 month old bag, you're not getting a refund." Today, I finally went into Gucci and received the correct bag, brand new. I brought my bag in for repair on 8/14/22 and the date is now 9/1/22. EVERYONE in this Gucci store (#55) (with exception of Sean and David) has been nothing but snobby, rude, and distasteful. Suffice it to say I will never buy another Gucci product. My wife took a purse To be repaired to the store October 23, 2023. Got a call in early January indicating the purse was back and had been repaired. Went to the store on January 14, 2024 to pick up the Purse and saw that nothing had been done to repair it. We asked them to send it back to the repair shop. Six weeks went by eight weeks went by no follow-up call, nothing. If you have an issue with Gucci, you are directed to call an 800 number. The only problem is the people at the 800 number are completely and I mean completely disconnected from the store. They can’t even call the store. They can only reach the store via direct message so they have zero ability to help you in all honesty. They can request that the store call you back, but if the store doesn’t call you back, there’s nothing you can do. We finally picked up the purse yesterday March 21, 2024. It appeared that it been finally repaired. But I can’t tell you the number phone calls we made I dare say it was 20 + just to try and get a response. In all honesty I get better service from Costco. As I said, at the beginning of this post, I will never, ever, ever, ever buy another Gucci product. If this is their idea of customer service, they don’t need my money.
