This is the first time I write a review. I am so disappointed with the Ferragamo in Troy. The service was the worst! Especially the guy in the store called Neeson. He was just not helpful at all but he was able to ruin your mood. I was searching online and had decided to have their shoes for my wedding. But I was not sure about the size so I drove for an hour to Troy just to try them on and buy in store. But they didn't have them in store and had to mail it to me. The guy came to help me first but later he just disappeared and I was left alone. Finally the lady helped me out with the mailing and sizing. Besides, the way he talked to me was so ill-mannered. I was not dressed up that day and I am an Asian. I can tell that he judge people by their race and appearance. But isn't a salesman's job helping customers and sell their products? I got the shoes a week later and they don't fit. I have to call him again to return. And guess what? When he figured that I was returning it instead of changing, he hung up the phone! The second time I called, Neeson made me wait for five minutes and talked in the way like I own him thousands of bucks! He said he's gonna send me a return tag via emailI but I waited for an hour and got nothing. I called the third time and this time there's another guy who is pretty nice and solved the problem effectively. He said Neeson had put down the wrong email address and send to the wrong one. What else can I say? If you really love Ferragamo and don't want to ruin your day, please shop online! James at Rodeo Drive always mails a hand-written thank you note after each purchase. D.C. associates pleasant as well. Sommerset, awful. The associates were ok at best but I went ahead and ordered a pair of shoes. I called them to follow up regarding my shoes after they had not arrived and was told that they were delivered. Yes, indeed, they were, to a UPS box where I had to retrieve them myself. No problem but why did I have to go through the thought of someone taking them off of my porch? Ferragamo associates couldn’t see that they were at a UPS drop off and tell me? They were kind enough to give me the shipping tracking number so I could look into it myself....

I was here on a Wednesday early evening around 4:40p and a man (tall, salt&pepper hair, in his 30s/40s) working did not even bother to greet us, ask us to let him know if we need anything—all he was interested in was his hair and watching a game and texting on his cellphone during our entire visit. We were the only ones in the store and when we were headed out the door, he did not even bother to look up or greet us goodbye.
