My daughter and I stopped at Krogerās to grab some pumpkins as grabbing pumpkins they had a grill sitting out there with no sign or anything saying it was hot I touched it by going to grab a pumpkin and I put my hand down and burn my hand. I walk in and ask for ice and as I told the lady at customer service her reply to me was thereās a table there with the grill like Iām supposed to know that the table is possibly trying to block it which it wasnāt they didnāt offer me nothing but to put cream on it. they couldāve offered me not to have to pay for my items that I was buying my pumpkins because I still might possibly sue them because they pretty much made it as it was my fault. And when I was filling out the incident report because I said something they made a sign that said hot and the lady asked one of the workers go put it out there and he said if somebody touches it then thatās their fault nice employees they have they couldāve just offered me my pumpkins for free that I bought but no all they offered me was some cream smh. They could treat there customers a little bit more better considering the situation never will I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is where good customer service goes to die. The grumpiest, most unhappy employees ever in there. Iāve been a resident of Troy my entire life and I drive an extra 8 minutes out of the way to go to the South Blvd location that is clean, nice and friendly. Made the mistake of thinking maybe someone would be nice for a change if I went in there today. Silly me. I waited by the deli counter for 10 minutes and no one helped me. The woman looked at me four different times while slicing lunch meat and then just ignored me. No asking if I needed help. Two other women also ignored me behind the counter. I wanted one pound of Turkey, that was it. I left my full cart of groceries and drove to Kroger South Blvd where I was helped at the deli counter within just a couple minutes and treated kindly. Why treat your customers this way? Every single time Iāve come in here, Iāve been burned by a rude, unhelpful employee. South Blvd Kroger couldnāt be nicer, kinder, and better employees. Do better, Kroger! This location is rude,...

The worst customer service ever!!! I tryed to send money thru Western Union using my WE account number. The person from customer service told me that it was not possible, I have to fill out a form or have the WE card with me. I told her that this is how I've been sending money for the last 2 months, that this way was suggested by another Kroger employee but at a differnt Kroger locations. She callded the supervisor "ROBIN" who told me the same thing and argued with me. KROGER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: when you don't know something DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER, just ask somebody or get training. DO NOT AUTOMATICCLY ASSUME THAT THE CUSTOMER IS STUPID. I had different issues using WE at different Kroger locations but not as ugly as this one. The best Kroger location to use WE is In Troy, MI at Big Beaver and John R, never had an issue at this location. CONGRATULATION Kroger store on Long Lake, YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER !!! Too bad that one star is the minimum, you...
