Suggest you look elsewhere. Used their home oxygen service, which was arranged by Beaumont at discharge from the hospital.
They were horrible. Oxygen was delivered--after 6 or 7 terrifying phone calls---4 hours late and just minutes before the portable tank ran out.
The local manager tasked with arranging the delivery wouldn't return phone calls, knew nothing and cared even less.
The delivery didn't include humidification or portable bottles. The attempts to resolve that involved another long series of phone calls to a couple people who who spoke only their internal jargon, rather than english and couldn't have been less helpful.
