Unfortunately....I wandered in reading reviews pre June 2022.BEWARE...they charged Me...18 percent ..to my one person sitting!!! No liquor..no extra service. Just owner taking orders and bringing...then mediocre food was livid! and had no problem telling them, I am not paying 18 percent for not getting quality experience and blind sided they put 18 percent...with less food..and I ..Ordered 2 kabob dinner... Of course price $22 plus higher I expected BUT cutting kabob portions down in size cuts and only 4 pieces...overpriced so small...surprised..also .. bread reheated.. served hard not fresh couldn't taste any garlic in drip. Salad ample, rice fine but kabobs subpar. 4 inch length not acceptable Just 4 pieces of meat each .in my neighborhood that is ONE kabob... and I looked at picture menu way more on skewer..filled side of plate tip to tip ..half sized NOT As picture...in menu..

Mediocre.. then the bill came with they adding 18% and I said to them I'm not paying 18% and they said well it's written on the wall I said what wall? It's right on the door I said I never saw it I'm not paying 18% right I didn't say out loud the food was a disappointment I didn't want to embarrass them and I said to them I just came in the sun is very bright I didn't see anything that said meals would be 18% on the outside door I didn't think I had to read every door you had I was trying to see if you were open..

And I said regardless I didn't see it I'm not paying it had I seen it I would have never come in and we wouldn't be having this

In my head at best this was a 10% tip When I offered that I was told never mind just keep your money and I said my pleasure.

It's one thing to have a party of five and six and have a waitress turn that money and then some it's quite another when the menu is misrepresented the food isn't even to par the kabobs portions were cut in half they made enough on me that day.

As it was I paid $30 for a meal no liquor and I have three pieces of meat that I took home with the rice, needless to say be aware there's no way you know they're not going to give you what's pictured..

I went to a little breakfast place in wixom yesterday the staff was lovely the portions were wonderful and I gave 50% tip.. This experience was uncomfortable And I'm glad I didn't let it get the best of me..

I just knew there was no way I would be paying 18% for nothing if they made an issue I would have called the police when I told them look you can't see in the Sun the way the Sun hits your door they gave me the story about they have problems...

Doesn’t even deserve one star. We’ve been going to Lebanese Grill for probably 10 years and even though we don’t live close anymore we drive a half hour there and back because the food is usually so good. Customer service has always been so-so but it’s always been worth it. Got there tonight to pick up my $60 order and was told a guy already came in and got it. The employee got the owner and he immediately started acting like I was lying. I showed him my online receipt and order confirmation and he kept saying someone else already picked it up. He said they’d remake the order and got really rude with me when I asked if I could just have a refund and said they don’t allow that. Didn’t even have a chance to explain that I was on a time crunch and didn’t really want to wait in my car for our order to be remade. Can’t expect employees to have an ounce of decent customer service skills when the owner doesn’t have any and thinks it’s appropriate to be rude and mean to his customers. Suggest to anyone still planning to go here not to pay in advance. They clearly don’t ask for any proof when you’re picking up and will just give it to anyone…. And then blame you for it when you’re the one who didn’t get your food. Unbelievable.

Owner says in his comment they’ve always trusted their customers and never had any issues, yet refuses to acknowledge the way he treated me or the fact that there was,...

Not good at all! Had a buy one lunch or dinner so I ordered the to go lunch because I dont have time to sit in and eat. Cool quick order and pick up and we eat on the go. Arrive to pick up and the girl says I cant use the coupon because its not a lunch its a sandwich. It was a sandwich combo. But ok...so now it cost more whatever. 2 bites of the sandwich was all I could eat. Tasted only like char! Same for my husband! Fries were soggy....so thinking thank god I ordered fresh bread and garlic sauce at least I have that, right? Wrong....the garlic sauce was not even good. Didn't even look like it should. Not even a smell of garlic! It was terrible it taste mostly like oil! This was our second time eating here and I asked my husband if he was sure because I thought it was the place he said wasnt good previously but he couldn't remember. As we pulled in he said yes we did order here before and I got a sandwich and it wasn't good! Won't be back to this location! We have been to the one on Hall road and that one is great but the Troy location is not...
