You know I get that people don’t like to pay with cash anymore but I do and if I ask you politely if you have change for $100 and you say no! Because you are to lazy to look or to lazy to count than you shouldn’t be working on a register. So I had to pay with a ten a five 8 quarters and a dime because that’s what I owed y’all wanna know how long it took her to count that at least a minute and then was so rude and rolled her eyes at me because she actually had to do something. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and that is not how you’re supposed to treat someone at all. I definitely would not have that person be the face of my store that is for sure. And believe me because I worked in customer service for so long I do not complain, but that was just so rude and disrespectful and just no need for it. I was not being short with her. There were two clerks at the front of the store. My son politely asked where a certain liquor was. One of the men said he would show him where it was so we would leave him alone. He told my son to open his eyes and quit bothering him. He went on to treat us all poorly throughout the time we were in the store. Here's an idea, don't make your customers feel uncomfortable. I only had my wallet and phone, and there's only one entrance, you don't have to stare at me the whole time. Just check my ID at the entrance or while checking out. If I need help, I'll ask.
