Subway — Restaurant in Troy

This Subway has gotten really bad. I went to pickup supper for my family at 8:26pm and the door was locked with 3 employees cleaning up inside. They said they were closed and would not serve me even though their hours say they don't close till 10pm. The other week I went here to get a protein bowl and the employee did not even heat my steak up before making it and I asked him if he was going to heat it up he simply put it already made with everything in the microwave for 30 seconds and then pit it on the counter in front of me and processed to help the next customer without giving me a fork, bag or napkins. Very unprofessional and rude. I am absolutely done with this location. If you want better service and better quality food go to the Wamart...

When I arrived there were two female workers working, today 1-7-22 around 5pm. Didn't get there names but they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was ordering two subs and one of which was the spicy Italian and in the past I've been able to get Italian dressing in either a condiment or salad packet. They both looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if they offered it and one even made the comment that "this wasn't olive garden". I only needed a yes or no. There's no need for the attitudes. They were irritated when you ask for certain ingredients that they hadn't already kept up on. I definitely won't return to this subway anytime soon. This Subway never stays open to it's posted hours! It's so aggravating to have to drive clear across to town to another Subway to get service when this one's right down the street from our house and is posted that it should be open until 8:00 but yet can't stay open past 5:00 this is the third or fourth time in the last couple of weeks that they've been closed it's getting a little old if they don't have the management or the employees to run the restaurant then they need to fire everybody that's in there and hire people that want to work or that can work.
