Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I went into the Ralph Lauren to purchase a shirt and sweater for an event celebrating United Way and International Women's Day. After walking around the store for approximately 10 minutes, Florentina approached to ask if anyone was helping me. Just when I thought she was, she immediately, went on to another customer. Instead of going to check in the back for shirt and size that I wanted, like she committed to, she decided to busy herself with someone else. Corey, thank God, then asked if I needed help. He was able to get the shirt and verify a scarf (that I couldn't purchase). I thought it was very rude of Florentina to offer to help but then didn't. I was in the store for something very specific, that was in stock, and was not trying to try it on. As soon as it was brought out from the back, I cashed out. Audacity is at an all time high. If diversity is not your thing, then so be it but understand my black dollar, Florentina, spends the same as that ladies white dollar. You could have easily helped her when you finished with me because my time in the store could have been reduced significantly, if you would have just did what you said you were going to do and ring me up. It was quite flattering to have someone so talkative and genuinely interested in who I was. She brought us water, which I believe these types of stores always do, to be fair. Anyhow, after she packed up my order, she thanked me a ton, and gave me her business card and promised to help me when I'd revisit the store in the future. She really did make my day.
