Edit: Today, 4-14-2020 I went back and the woman who was working the intercom was by far the nicest person I have EVER dealt with. She didn't rush us through our order, and took her time to answer some questions I had. We would told there would be a wait on our chicken tenders and before we could finish paying they had our order ready. I really hope they have turned around and got things better.
Absolute worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. This is a review over the last 2 times I've been here. First time, we waited in the drive thru for around 10 minutes and no one came over the intercom. We parked and went inside, they were not very busy. Ordered my food and waited about 15 minutes before I got my order. The manger sat in the office the entire time. Today we went inside and tried placing our order, the woman who was taking out order said it wasn't letting her put our order in right and walked back to the assembly line and spoke with them about it. She returned to the cash register and stood there talking to them about what orders needed to be put out and never acknowledged us again. Read moreI will never, and I mean NEVER eat at the KFC/Taco Bell in Trumann, AR ever again! I ordered some tacos and 4 chicken quesadillas, I only received four tacos and one chicken quesadilla. The tacos had so much grease that it made the wrapper fall apart (there was more grease than meat.) and there was a black hair on one of the tacos. Not only was I not told they were out of shells while I ordered or even when my boyfriend paid, but I found out after looking at my order when I pulled off. I went back to ask if they forgot or what the deal was, but the lady working (Candice, I believe) said that she was out of shells and when my boyfriend exclaimed that no employee told us that they ran out of shells, she said that it “wasn’t her job to because she didn’t run the drive-thru and the managers left already.” In a very snappy tone. I thought that there has to be a night shift lead or something to make sure employees work their duties? The employees don’t necessarily look like they should be working there if their hygienic is apparent to be lacking and their customer service as well. Read moreVery disappointed in the customer service. The young woman taking our order was ver short and rude and disrespectful. It continued to get worse when we reached the checkout window. The young man was just as disrespectful if not worse than the young woman. They would barely let you get anything out before they cut you off and very smirky even with their looks. I finally decided to just cancel my order and ask for a refund. The manager was very pleasant and apologetic. She refunded our money and thanked us and apologized. Apparently the young team members did not want to be at work and it definitely showed through their behavior. I am usually difficult to get upset but at that point I question whether I ever want to come back to this store. I would not even give the store one star for tonight’s service but it doesn’t allow zero stars. The only reason I would give any would be for the kindness and patience of the woman manager.
