Came to Chuck’s Arcade with my kids for what should’ve been a fun night, but now they’re missing and nobody seems to care. Muy mala experiencia, no tenía ni 5 minutos de haber llegado al parque y la muchacha que trabaja ahí se nos acercó a preguntarnos si había visto un celular. A lo que yo le respondo que no acabamos de entrar, nosotros seguimos jugando con nuestra hija a la hora de salir fuimos por un helado y cuando nos sentamos nos llega la señora a la que se le había perdido el celular con los de seguridad diciendo que la muchacha que trabaja en fun spot Arcade le dijo que nosotros agarramos el celular a eso mi respuesta fue. revisen las cámaras como me van a decir que yo me lo robé. Obvio revisaron las cámaras y vieron que no fuimos nosotros yo me devuelvo al lugar para hablar con la muchacha de pelo rojo que trabaja ahí y le pregunte por qué había dicho eso a lo que ella me respondió de muy mala manera y súper racista… nos dañaron el día y nos hicieron pasar vergüenza esa muchacha debería de ser despedida que mala manera de tratar a los clientes no vuelvo más muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo...
