This store and it's awesome crew-team has me using this store only. I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff. Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟customer service that Robert and his team provides. Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free. So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, quality customer service 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, Staff 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. July of 2021, my washer stopped working,I did not have the funds to buy a new one so opted to rent. I expected better thanks from Aaron's Rental as I had rented from them some years ago when the store was on Hamilton Rd. It was a shock to me to learn the new Washer/Dryer set ( Brand New) had run the course on the Druer and the error code indicated the motor was gone. I contacted the store , they came a few days later January 6th picked it up brought a loaner they call it, however it was not the nice one I was paying over 107.00 a month for. I still don't have my Dryer back ,I have called 3x they say they will check and call but Noone dies. So I am paying money for a product I did not want nor cost the Sam. The Aaron's on Main Street in Reynoldsburg Ohio should be ashamed. I hope when my contract is up in July 2023 they know I will not be back.I also hope my original Dryer is back. SMH, so sad.

February 15th, I am still without my dryer (the new one I am paying monthly for and do not have. Aarons is not a place to rent from, try anyone...

How do I start. upon relocating to columbus , i needed a bedroom . I have had to make arrangements and paid any late fees when added. The crew here from Mr Richard to the delivery guys . Everyone has always treated myself and Mother (she a hand full) with respect and professionalism. I cant say enough how GREAT THEY ARE! ALL my stuff PAID IN FULL ...so here i come I need that Sound bar system I played with!!! No matter where i live on the East side I ALWAYS return to THIS LOCATION...
