Disappointed with festival and the many unpleasant and unfriendly volunteers stationed at different areas. Kids air filled attractions area wouldn't let children in because the woman running it told us that they were mad at the festival organizations board for telling them not to charge people to use their bounce area so the kids couldnt go in till the Festival board agreed to this vendors terms! She was clearly angry, bad mouthed the board and her tone and behavior was volatile. Wow! So rude! Not the children's issue. This woman shouldn't take her anger out on the children's fun. In the past, we went to this tomato fest and it was enjoyable. Idk what happened but it was absolutely disappointing this 2021 tomato fest year! It's a tomato fest but barely anything about tomatoes, hardly any tomato decor, one tiny vegetable food vendor on site, such a sad festival. Not many food trucks offered, nothing with tomatoes either (re: tomato salad, stuffed tomatoes, etc).So many festivals offered and will not waste my time (drove an hour!) or money here again! We do not recommend attending this festival. I do hope the board brings better vendors and positive volunteers next year! Good luck and...

My husband and I went to the tomato festival on August 8,2025 . We arrived around 4 pm only stayed an hour , it was so disappointing. There was only one stand that was selling tomatoes. The current mayor was in a dunking booth they were charging $2 to dunk him but it should have been free. If I could give zero stars for the festival I would because giving one star is not worth it .

We had attended the 2019 tomato festival it was an enjoyable experience. We had gone through a tent that showed the prize tomatoes people had grown and the prizes each one had won. We had seen Great White that same night . Enjoyed the festival and the concert .

The 2025 festival did not have the tent with the prize tomatoes people had entered into the contest . Was a huge waist of our...

First time at the tomato festival. Fun rides and food. The car show was cool as well. The rides weren’t too expensive considering it doesn’t cost anything for entry. They had a wide variety of food offerings. Mostly fair food menu items but they had a few specialty food vendors. We were at the festival for over two hours in the middle of the afternoon and only heard one band playing for a short time. Maybe the play later on in the day? Lots of little shops that had many different things for sale. Everyone was friendly. Only had one pushy vendor. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Fun times for any ages of a family. Will be back! You should definitely...

Holy SMOKES!!! We opened for Uncle Eddie Montgomery here and let me just say this, FANTASTIC GROUP OF BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! Yes, it was sure enough hot, but it's supposed to be hot in August! The crew and staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. Now, I'm the sound guy for Dillon Carmichael, that sound system we played through sounded amazing!!! And the lighting was on point! THANK YOU to everyone involved with our performance!!!
