Five star service from start to finish. This is a business that no one wants to have to go to, but inevitably it is the type of place that we will all need at some point in our lives or a loved ones. The entire staff made it as easy and beautiful as possible.

Brenda helped my family and I plan for my dear father’s funeral. Tamika helped to arrange all of the finishing touches. Dee was with us every step of the way the day of. I cannot express how grateful me and my family are for all of the support, compassion and professionalism we received from the above mentioned ladies and ALL of the staff that we saw. I wish I knew each persons name to thank.

The kindness we were shown still blows me away. They literally took any worry I had away and collectively put together the most incredible funeral and visitation I could have imagined. It was one of the toughest days in my life having to put my father in his bodies final resting place, but he would have loved every detail there.

I am so grateful for the care and compassion and support provided to me as I walked the most difficult journey of my life, that of losing someone I so dearly loved. The staff exhibited the highest degree professionalism. They went beyond expectations in their respect and honoring of me, my family and our guests. At each step, from when my friend passed away, then cremation, then the memorial service the caring, compassion, respect, honoring and professionalism was extraordinary. Additionally, the facility, the chapel and reception rooms were exactly what my dear friend would have wanted, beautiful, light, elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. And finally, for friends who could walk only short distances or were in wheel chairs, there was plenty of handicapped parking close to the building as well and truly accessible restrooms for those in wheelchairs. This company only cares about your money. They have no compassion. They act like robots. I lost my father a year ago. At the time of his passing his girlfriend offered to pay for the funeral (because she was getting reimbursed by the insurance company) and I agreed to let her pay. Although I was there through the whole process of choosing all the details and filling out the paperwork, because I am not the one that signed the check to pay them they refuse to provide a copy of the receipt for my dad’s cremation. I am the person listed on his death certificate, his girlfriend has no legal rights but they do not care to help me. They got their money so they don’t have to pretend to care anymore. Neither Mary or her manager Kelly showed any compassion. I definitely told everyone I know not to do business with this place.
