Had a reservation but was told at check in they had no available rooms. The desk clerk Edith went and made a room available for us. She was very efficient. The housekeeper Antonio got a room available and was exceptionally hrs and fast working and the staff was very friendly. KeKe, Errin, Lacy, Kisha and the manager Israel are all very professional and extremely polite and all work to make us feel very comfortable!

NEW CURRENT REVIEW... This property is THE MOST PEACEFUL & BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE STAFF, DUE TO 1 MAN...MR ISRAEL, THE G.M.!!! This gentleman WORKS LIKE NO MAN I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE EVER BEEN ACQUAINTED WITH PERIOD!!! He works some days from 5:30am until 7:30pm, if not longer! Not forsaking that Mr Israel, GM works on the property...HANDS ON FROM LAUNDRY TO ROOM INSPECTIONS, TO SWEEPING THE PARKING LOT IN A TIE AND SUIT EARLY IN THE MORNING!!! WE ARE WOWED BY HIS DEDICATION AND PROFESSIONAL, WARM & COURTEOUS DEMEANOUR TOWARDS US AND H-I-S STAFF! 👍👌✨PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE THIS GENTLEMAN A RAISE & BONUS...TRULY!!! Read moreI arrived with my family about 8:00 pm. Upon arriving at the hotel I couldn't access the checking lobby because the door was locked and me and another guest ended up standing outside in the cold for about ten minutes waiting on someone from the front desk. There was a phone next to the door to call the front desk associate, but each time we tried there was no response to the call. After a long wait we saw that there was another door on the opposite side of the lounge. Upon finally getting inside the front desk clerk asked for my ID. I gave her my military ID and she said that she needed another ID so I gave her my DL. She took my payment and issued the keys to the room. I asked questions about the billing process because of some misunderstanding in some of the fees. When asked about the billing she was ver rude and condescending in her half answers, I ended up eventually leaving after feeling frustrated to go to the room. I got to the room on the second floor, unloaded my luggage and took it up to the room up an outside flight of stairs only to find out that the key worked but the door handle was broken. I tried the door several times but finally gave up after noticing that the handle was flopping around and very loose. I returned to the front desk to inform the same clerk. Instead of apologizing for the problem,she then told me that the door worked and it was the fact that I wasn't operating the door correctly. As if I didn't know how to open a door. She told me to wait and she would come over and open the door. At this point I was I was extremely frustrated with this whole process, but more so about the attitude of the person that was suppose to welcome the guest and help to make their transition as see less as possible. I left out to return to the room and waited atleast 15 minutes for her to arrive. I then walked back to the front desk to find 2 associates. I asked her again was she coming to help with the door issue. Luckily the second desk clerk asked me what was the issue and how they can help. I explained the situation and she immediately apologized and tod the first clerk to just give me another room. Afterwards I got to the room and was still boiling about the level of arrogance shown to me and others that entered during the time I was there. I decided to cancel the remainder of my stay and go to another hotel that would treat their customers as more than just an inconvenience...

Its ashame that this review is only a 5 star review because I would give this location far more than 5 stars. My transition to Georgia from Anchorage, Alaska was a very stressful journey. Being far away from home & staying at Studio 6/Northlake eleviated most of my anxiety; it was like a home away from home for my family & I. We stayed a little over a month in duration & had the pleasure of meeting the most friendliest, resourceful and hard working staff from sun up to sun down; who are at your service with a smile upon each & every encounter. It was the cleanest and most manicured extended stay that I have ever seen here in Georgia. The staff made my family and I feel very safe during my entire stay. It's no wonder they are constantly booked. If it were left up to my children to decide on where we will reside, we would have never left there either. The staff really went far and beyond to provide the most perfect hospatality and customer service for an extended stay. We were treated with the up most courtesy and hospitality; equivalent to the quality of my stays at the Belagio in Las Vegas, NV. That's incredible for an extended stay & that is why I am taking the time out to write this extensive review because in my opinion hospitality such as theirs should not go unnoticed. Sharletta-General Manager, Marilyn-Operation Manager, Canswalla-Front Desk, Casandra-Housekeeper, The Guys from their maintanence crew & last but not least my favorite person to see at 7am at the crack of dawn, The beautiful Miss Renae-Front Desk because she always managed to put a smile on my face with that amazing spirit that she possess. They are like a hospatality "Dream Team". It is my observation that they all have the same goals in mind because quality, hospitality and customer service at its finest is brought to the surface. Studio 6 in Northlake came highly recommended by an Uber Driver and I will highly recommend it as well. There is a wonderful team there at Studio 6/Northlake. & I can't thank them enough for making my transition so smooth. If anyone is ever in the Tucker area and in need of an extended stay with reasonable pricing, give these guys a try.
