This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Cris was nice and polite when communicating set up, but once the orders started coming in and the excuses started flowing about why food prep was so slow I could tell there was going to be issues. They literally took over an hour to process 15 meals. I paid over $1200 to feed 50 healthcare workers and residents and they took so long staff had to leave before they could get their food. When she started getting rude with my staff that have worked hard all year for this reward, I told her to pack it up and just leave.
