Their furniture is beautiful and really sells itself. Their staff, however, are not competent and their delivery service is even worse. For example, they sell very expensive Italian leather sectionals with "power" recliners. On the floor model you don't see any source for the power. Nor do they tell you prior to purchase that the power source is electrical and the outlet must be on the FLOOR underneath the sofa, or else you will see the cords, and you will be tripping over them. Before we bought, We weren't ever told about that, and upon realizing on delivery, there was no safe way to proceed with outlets, we asked for an alternative. They sold us 3 battery packs at $150 per pack. When they came back several weeks later to install them, they did it incorrectly, so that every time the chair recliner was used/extended, the cord was disconnected from the battery pack and so the recliner was now stuck in the position prior to the disconnect! None of the delivery men knew how to install them, nor did the sales person. There were three appointments resulting in several more weeks to get them to function properly, when they finally sent a guy named Peter that knew what he was doing. We also ordered custom area rugs. Aside from being approximately a month late, the delivery folks would show up unannounced and leave a note at the door, despite repeatedly being asked to call first prior to arrival so we could make sure we were home. When I called the Dispatch, she they "tried to call" (how do you try to call, you either did or you didn't, and my cell phone would reflect a missed call or a voice mail as Copenhagen is in my contacts. But they didn't call. There was no missed call, there was no voice mail, and when they left a note at my door, with the time listed as to when they came by, I was driving in my car and the call can't be missed because the hands free, speaker phone alerts all over the dash. So, their credibility is zero. I guess because the furniture is pretty, they don't believe service is required. Their showroom had a nice selection, furniture seemed to be of good quality, salespeople and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, their follow through was really poor. We bought 4 chairs and a scarf/coat stand and qualified for a free ottoman and gift card. We were told the ottoman can be shipped with the scarf stand in the next month but the chairs would need 2 months. After the initial expected delivery date came and went with no word from them, I called and they had not even scheduled the delivery, and the stand was just sitting at their warehouse. They arranged for it to be sent, but not with the ottoman as previously agreed. We agreed on an estimated delivery date on the chairs. As the week approached for expected delivery, I had not received any communication from them. I called again and the chairs were again just waiting at the warehouse with no delivery arranged, and they initially said they may not be able to ship it during the expected time, and after telling them about how I had arranged for that week off from work so I can be available to receive the furniture, they managed to squeeze me in on the last day that would have worked for my schedule. I then had to email multiple times about the gift card since they forgot to send it. Overall, seemed as though they didn't have their things together and didn't actually take note of the promised delivery times and things that we had agreed on when we made our purchase, or just didn't care about not fulfilling their promises after we gave them our money. During both phone calls, the salesperson was very defensive, making excuses, and overall being unprofessional. I am a physician and understand the strains of the pandemic. I expect at least open communication and professionalism if there are delays so I can plan accordingly, I shouldn't have to be tracking down my purchases after promised delivery windows...

I purchased a table, but I was not able to take it from the store as it had to come from the warehouse. I was told to return in 2 days to pick it up. I returned 2 days later but the sales woman had entered it for a week later. I was told to drive across town to the warehouse to pick it up. I did and returned home only to realize that 3/4 legs were broken. I called they said that I should drive back to the warehouse to exchange the legs. On arrivals they were not in stock. I called the manager to complain, I was told that they would get them and they would be in stock a week later.
