F45 Training Northeast Tucson — Local services in Tucson

I’ve been an F45 member for about 3 years now and I had recently moved on the other side of town and began visiting the Northeast studio the past couple months. I was worried about feeling like the new kid again and feeling left out of a sense of not belonging to a new crowd but that didn’t last very long at all. The studio is a bigger size than others, the coaches have all been VERY nice and welcoming, and all the members have greeted me with smiles every time. I do have a few members I’m becoming familiar with so that’s really helped me feeling included.

F45 as a fitness concept has always kept me coming back. I’ve done other competitive fitness studios but the fact that F45 had a mix of strength lifting days, cardio days, and for those who want a little bit of both, hybrid days make creating your routine easy. I love it because I just have to worry about showing up and the workout is already planned and created for me and I just gotta push through the 45 minutes to get the benefits. The communities I’ve had the privilege to be apart of is second to none. I have good friends that we continue to have friendships outside of class and truly make our classes fun knowing we push and encourage each other. F45 owners and staff are amazing! Friendly and encouraging, you walk out of an incredible workout that was good for the body, soul and mind. Highly recommend for all fitness levels; beginners to athletes.

UPDATE: It just gets better and better being a member at F45! I have been there for 5 months and it is definitely not just a gym but the community that they claim they are. Most importantly, my strength, my form, my range of motion and my overall fitness has improved so much. It is because the awesome coaches help you modify (if needed) or challenge you with a more complicated move or more weight (with encouragement, of course). I have had many injuries in the past that “plagued” me in little ways every day. Because of the functional part of the workout, I am excited to say that my ailments have subsided and I function well. At 53 years old, I feel better than I have in years.

UPDATE: After a year of being part of the F45 community, there is no question that it is the best gym in town! The coaches are all phenomenal; consistently helping to challenge or modify to help you be successful in your journey. Everyone needs to try it!

I have been to many of gyms across Tucson from multiple CrossFit facilities, LA, platinum, snap, and that Orange place to name some. This is by far the best total body workout I have ever experienced. Not only does it make you want to keep coming back but you are excited and can’t wait for your next class. It motivates you every time to work hard even on the days you don’t feel like working out. The coaches and their music change your whole attitude with their up beat positive attitudes! F45 has the best of both worlds with its high intensity more cardio based days and then it’s weight training days. You get to pick what you’re looking for and the best part is cardio does not mean running there! I have seen results in myself and many of others in as little as 30days! No matter your experience in working out, how big, or small you maybe, they work with you to help and adjust the workouts per individual needs. The trainers are awesome, very fun and all very personable. Not only are the coaches amazing but all the owners are as well. It’s awesome to see they believe in their own product as well because the owners and coaches will be working out right next to you some days.
