BoSA Donuts — Restaurant in Tucson

I’ve been to Bossa Donuts a few times, the customer service—specifically from one of the women working at the counter—is consistently disappointing. The staff member (an Asian woman who frequently works the register) has been extremely rude on more than one occasion. She raises her voice at customers, shows a clear lack of patience, and creates an unpleasant atmosphere that overshadows the experience. She was rude, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of calmly assisting people, she barked at customers like it was a burden to even speak to me. The service here is impeccable and the doughnuts are superb. I am beyond impressed every time I go in. Whether I am ordering doughnuts for myself, or am picking up a delivery order for someone else, the staff here are always friendly, timely, and helpful. The store is always clean, utensils/straws/condiment packages are well stocked, and there is always a great variety of doughnuts available, many of which are unique and I can't readily get elsewhere. I've never had any issues with the quality or accuracy of my order or anyone else's that I've picked up from this location. This is a great place as many know I'm a foodie for sure and this place has some good donuts there has only been one time so far where their filling was not the usual amount and I'm saying that because normally it's so filled it's spilling out after a bite and half. I am sorry for you danish lovers though because sadly the one I had was nothing to talk about stick with the donuts my readers.
