L'Amour Nails 2 — Local services in Tucson

Worst customer service ever. I have never been to a nail salon that was so rude. I took my boyfriends sister with me and she got a full set and I got a Mani with shalak first off. My lady was rushing and was more interested in the TV then my nails. I get finished with flat tops and curved sides. And they look horrible. Then I sit by my boyfriends sister while she finishes getting her full set. He was so rude. The manager! I told him she needed them shorter. He cuts them as short as she wants them then asks her if she goes to school she says yes and then he cuts them shorter and tells her that if she's in school she needs them short. So he cuts them way short. To short for her liking. He rushes to paint them. As she is having them dry she notices that they are crucked and that he had cut her at least five times. I pay with no tip and leave. Then she's really upset so I go back in to speak to the manager finding out that he is the manager. He tells me she said it to late and I said that this was his job. She doesn't know because she doesn't get her nails done. So he goes on about how it took more time because she waited to long. Then I tell him that he cut her and he says I was getting the cuticle but he cut her going to fast while filing. DONT GO HERE! I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS...

Today I went in to fix a broken nail from a set I got last Friday, it was my second time ever coming in. First time I came in I waited probably 3 hours while Jenny worked in other clients while doing my nails. My nails are OKAY, I don’t love them. Today one nail popped off and I went in about 6:30pm and asked for Jenny if she was available or in the salon today, she’s who did my nails. They were all extremely rude in front of the other customers and people waiting to do their nails, Jenny came out and told me “I’m BUSY, can’t you see these people?” I said okay and I am letting you know what i am needing, my nail fixed that she DID. Nobody acknowledged me in the salon, I sat there for another few minutes waiting and decided to leave. I DO NOT recommend coming here, no type of customer service at all. Also people who aren’t happy with their jobs should quit! I will not...

Spent $25 for a 2 hour and 15 min mani that could have been done in 30 mins. I was surprised she even made me pay for the lack of service THEY DID. I got there about 6:20 waited till 7 to be seated. THANNN got passed to some man than some girl and than some lady, not to mention finally being done with polish the lady is going back fixing what the man didn't do in the first place. I left at exactly 8:34PM and still had to pay! When the lady before me waited too but the lady said "Go ahead its fine, you no pay its fine." and I thought she would do the same to me for I WAS a loyal customer too!
