Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tucson

The service was incredibly BAD!!!! Went to drive through had to give the order three times before the lady got it correct. Checked food after we pulled forward it was wrong we had ordered a Sausage croissant, with no egg. What came out not once but twice was a supreme croissant. I went in to complain and the manager on duty asked me to leave when I made my complaint. Then I said I would like to have what I paid for. He took the food and through it away. Then said where is your receipt. I had left it in the car. But as I had stated i had just driven through the drive through and he had seen me. He then again asked me to leave. I didn't so he said I am going to call the cops. I told him go ahead and call the cops as I wasn't in the wrong. He went in the back. I call my wife in the car she found the receipt and came in. I was then approached then by another employee who said I will remake your food. She then proceeded to make another Supreme Crosissant which has ham not sausage. At this point I just left. I will never eat in another Jack in the Box as long as I live. I encourage everyone to do the same. I had a positive experience at this Jack in the Box and their food tasted hot and fresh. There was no issues honoring my coupon (two Jumbo Jack's for $4), and the cashier turned a mistake into a pleasant surprise. I had also ordered curly fries with my burgers, however, when I received my food, the fries were regular. I brought this to the cashier's attention as I handed back the regular fries. The cashier apologized, told me to keep the regular fries, and proceeds to give me fresh curly fries. I was thrilled to have my order corrected and for the restaurant to compensate (in essence) for the mix up. The only reason I didn't give a five-star review is because of the difficulty of trying to get to the restaurant. Although this Jack in the Box is located in an area that includes a Food City, a McDonald's, a Church's Chicken, a Subway, a check cashing place, a pawn shop, and several other businesses, the Jack in the Box is isolated from everything else. So suppose one was leaving the pawn shop and wanted to stop by the Jack in the Box, you would not be able to drive through the parking area. Instead, you have to exit back on to (the traffic on) Valencia and then to the restaurant. Not...

Took about 35 minutes to get to menu, as I got to the menu to order was asked to wait for another 8 minutes at the speaker box to get asked what I wanted. Once I order, they didn't give me a price til I got to the window, then waited for another 7-8 minutes to get just my drink and another 5 minutes for the food. I noticed the lady that took my money was playing on her phone and laughing with other employee as they put napkins away, I noticed my bag was ready and just sitting by other bags.. they slowly put items in other bag and just talked and giggled. One noticed I was staring at them so one finally grab my bag and walked to the window and open it and asked if I wanted any sauces . And was confused to why I would need sauce for a burger and curly fries and I said grab my bag from her and ask if she gave me the right order, she said yes. So I looked in bag and seem okay and right. Got home and open the container of my burger and it was the wrong burger and the curly fries were very cold and tasted old, so I didn't eat the curly fries and try to call to let them know but no answer. So I will not being going to this location and will call tomorrow to speak to manager....
