My 2 year review; Still very Quiet and clean and with the Desert Landscape and no street parking it just looks orderly. Since Covid-19 Mgt has provided Hot and some pretty good Thanksgiving and Christmas meals dropped off at our doors. For us single Senior's it was very nice. Since I moved in Chris has went out of her way to make me feel part of the Community and provided everyone with helpful information to save us money. She improved the fencing in back so it's more secure from transits cutting through the park. They bring in a big construction dumpster on occasion for your spring cleaning. I see Chris checking on the residents everyday on my walks. Most of the park has a excellent view of the Foothills, Sunsets and Sunrises. Im in love with the Palm Tree lined streets, they make for Great Sunsets! They moved the dumpsters from in front of the office to the back of the property so they're not the first thing you see entering the park so that area looks much cleaner. They greased the doors when they started sticking. They put in new Washers for those that need a laundry room. To keep costs down there is no on site Security Guard but there are some cameras around and very little if any Crime in the park from my experience. The surrounding area are mostly all new homes as they revamp the neighborhood. Being in Mid-town it's a good location and anything you need is 5-10 minutes away. I walk my pup 6 times a day with no worries of my safety. I'll ad some pics of the clean streets and where the Dumpsters were in front of the Clubhouse and someone's driveway, it was sorta a eyesore. So it's worth a look, I think a few spots just opened up as well as units for Sale or Rent. Depending on your needs it might be perfect for you! I hope this helps...
Read moreBeautiful park, quiet and peaceful. I've lived in this park now for close to 3 years, and started when Patty and John S. were managers. Chris and her husband faithfully make the rounds in our park to make sure that this is the best park it can be for all that reside here. The garbage and recycling dumpsters are the exact same ones for the last 3 years. A user stated that there is possible Elder abuse. How can you abuse a resident when they live in their own home? I just don't get that. As for security, not even the TPD can keep an eye on everything. Chris drives through the park looking for issues every day. She tries to keep the park looking as best as she can... and I have proof of that. She lobbied for, and got us a brand new fence on the north end of the park after the business put up the new wall. And if the park is so poorly maintained, how is it that the residence of the park has gone up since they have been here? And yes, that means full time RV'ers in the previously vacant Mobile Home spaces. There is at least 5 full time RV'ers in those, and the travel trailer section is...
Read moreLooking for a place for my dad... We knew we had found it when we visited the park and then we met Chris and we knew it was the perfect place. Chris (manager) brings such a sense of warmth and soul to the entire park. She works tirelessly to ensure that the residents get meals during the holidays, she goes above and beyond for the residents and truly cares about her neighbors and the park. My dad can not say enough amazing things about Paradise Village. He loves how quiet the entire community is. The trash cans are your typical dumpsters with the sliding door and are very easy accessible. All the neighbors are so friendly when we pop by. This has been the best decision we made for my dad. I'd recommend this community and the management to anyone. It's clean, well maintained, and the management has is amazing at communicating with the residents. There's always a friendly Wave when we drive by, if you're looking for a place for your loved...
