All of the sales women are completely unprofessional. One women with employee operator #479GS at store #01509 charged me for 18 items but only put 12 in my bag. I also watched her peel off the sales tag of a yoga suit saying it was the wrong price because her store only uses orange markdown sales price stickers, and a pink one was placed on top of the original sale price. As a lying employee ,her manager agreed with her sales associate and said she would give the yoga suit to me for the ticketed price, but did not take off the security tag in the yoga pants. I returned to the store the following day with my receipt, explaining what had happened. I explained there was no way I could prove my 5 paid for items were missing from my bag so I just wanted to inform her on the situation and would be purchasing the 5 shirts again. The acting manager on 6/6/25 went in the back room and came out saying she checked her cameras and I was lying. The store doesnât even have cameras nor a dressing room. When I calmly stated I gave your store a poor google review and reported the incident to Rainbow headquarters, all 4 sales women working began harassing me, called their girlfriends to come to the store to try and intimidate me, and each employee told me they refused to sell any merchandise to me because of my behavior. The manager stated it was up to her discretion to sell merchandise to me. I continued to shop and took pictures of every price tag of the items I planned on purchasing and asked the manager if she really wanted to turn down a $97.00 sale I was trying to purchase.
Another employee came running after me after sales services were refused , screaming at me stating I was not allowed to take pictures in their store.I had to inform her she was incorrect and to google it. She became so mad she followed me out to my car screaming, âIâll take pictures of youâ hopes to scare me. Needless to say, the erratic woman was taken back by my calmness and where I parked in the parking lot. The store manager told me to not let the door hit me in the ass when I replied politely, âIt never doesâ.
As a women with over thirteen years of retail experience, I had never seen a more corrupt, three ring circus before with violent intentions from the storeâs employees. I am from another state and the Rainbow stores there are polite, neat, with all items priced correctly.
Lastly, the sales associate did not even make me sign my credit card receipt. When a credit card is not signed, the employee is required to ask for the customerâs ID. Unfortunately, the female staff at this store in Tucson, store 01509, are an embarrassment for a store with a good reputation and excellent prices. My conscience made metell this story as a true review in order to prevent people from shopping and this location so they donât experience the same thing I did.
Informatively written,
A retail employee for...
Read moreThe try on policy is ridiculous. When I shop, I shop. 3 items at a time to try on when I grab many is ridiculous. Then when my sister is here they wont even let her hand them to me and I gotta keep getting re-dressed to try it on. And they dont hand them to you either so u gotta walk all the way out, grab more, and then do it over again. And I shop regularly and spend hundreds at a time, never bring in a purse, just my wallet and keys...clearly I'm not the one you have to lord over to prevent from stealing. I get theres always bad apples, but it just really makes the shopping experience more stressful as I must try things on bc of my body type. Maybe get a fitting room person that literally stays on register/fitting room only so this can be an easier process. This will be my last shopping trip here. Also they definitely racially profile people, security included so yeah never coming...
Read moreWent to DDs to buy my two girls some undergarments, then walked in here cause its right next door to find some jeans/pants for my girls. When i walked in, there was a girl folding clothes who welcomed me and i started browsing. As i started getting to the back of the store, some taller older woman tells me I have to leave my bag up front to shop there??? I told her i just came from next door and i had ONE SMALL bag. Sheâs then said thatâs their rules. She irritated me so much because it was obvious that small bag which was already full, wasnt gonna hold much more anyway and if i just PAID for things somewhere else, why wouldnât i be paying here??? she could have quietly watched me from a distance if she wantedâŚ. Iâll just go to target where they donât treat me like a thiefâŚI see other comments mentioning this as wellâŚmaybe train the staff on courtesyâŚ. Not the younger girl though,...
