I’ve done my best to hold off on this review. I understand times are tough and that finding people willing to work isn’t the same as it once was. This Taco Bell is terrible, I’ve received the wrong order repeatedly. This tends to be most offensive when your order is vegan, and you receive the super loaded meat and cheese offering from the company during the mix up. 1 in every 6 orders is made correctly, normally I let it slide and just drive back and ask the team to correct my order. Tonight, there was a different story. This Taco Bell’s fryer was down, they collected my funds and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do to help me out. A. Refunds can only be processed from the customer support line. B. Customer support is closed till Monday (today is Saturday) C. They have no way to make my food. I offered a few suggestions, transferring my order to another chain or giving me a voucher to take to another location. They answer was short and simple…no. I asked if I could return later in the evening when they finished repairing the fryer, they agreed upon my return (2 hours later.) I was informed the fryer was still down and I’m SOL, take it up with customer support. Every suggestion made and concerned I had was addressed with NO from the most unenthusiastic set of employees. Read moreBy far, the strangest Taco Bell. I'll admit, I ask for modifications to menu items when I order. At most Taco Bells those modifications are never an issue. At this location, they just never seem to get it right. I've resorted to writing down my order, and they still get it wrong.
Example1: Asked for no tomatoes on the Chalupas...the take off the tomatoes and give me a side of sour cream, cause they weren't sure if I wanted it or not? IF I wanted no sour cream I would have asked for it off with the tomatoes. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I wrote on the paper, keep the sour cream, and they told me "that's not necessary, just say what you don't want"
Example2: Combo comes with Beef burrito; I want just a regular bean burrito. I ask for a regular bean burrito, and they get confused. They don't understand. If I write down, no beef, no lettuce, just beef, onion, and red sauce. They say that isn’t necessary to write all that.
I ordered the same order 3 nights a week for 2 weeks at 11:45pm each time and they still didn't get it right every time. It's always right when I do it on the APP, but the APP doesn't have Combo #6 nor the cravings box. How am I supposed to get my order right?!

The cashier handed me my drink which I got first and then I got the lunch box, but I did not receive a recent just my cash of $10.00 back. Then I got home opened up my lunch box food was cold did not like the food Secondly, called the store itself explained what I said about not receiving the lunch box it was cold and did not like it. And got no receipt. Store manager said she could not replace mesh because I had no bill . I did not get one. She pulled up my order the only way she said she could replace item if I return the item tomorrow already thrown out and they never gave me a bill but they have it on cash register. Telling me they don't have my purchase how come they saw it then Store manager was very very very disrespectful so nasty, I called back wanted the higher up number she told employee to hang up. I have never been treated that way before from that store but this store manager was very nasty.
