Manager for the "brandon" on the night shift tonight doesn't seem to think it's improper management to allow partial orders to be sent out the window for customers, nor does he seem to give a rats tail about customer service- instead blaming the missing items on just being "too busy" (at 10pm on a Thursday night, you're so busy you can't get a 5 item order correct?). I get being "busy" and making mistakes, but rather than attempt to be any sort of understanding for just a moment at the frustration of not being delivered the correct order, he threw a fit over me just trying to explain the situation and redirected me quite literally anywhere else to go find my own solution. Conflict resolutions skills, such as learning how to politely and correctly handle annoyed customers are CRUCIAL...telling us you're too busy to send out a correct order and to "just reach out to the app" for hope of a refund frankly just escalates customer annoyance after the back to back list of excuses (saying you're the busiest store as an excuse just tells me you're okay with your employees making plenty of errors if my experience tonight was an indicator). Frankly, stop accepting mobile or delivery orders if you're that overwhelmed that accuracy goes out the window. Also, wouldn't you, as a manager on duty, WANT to know real time when y'all make mistakes so you can stop the behavior causing it? Especially bigger mistakes, like leaving out 2/5ths of an order?
The takeaway to whoever at the company reads this: don't rush ANYBODY through your drive through if it means you lose accuracy, there's nothing acceptable with being fast if y'all can't be fast AND accurate. It takes 2 seconds to read and verify everything's there, it's truly an easy job..also, train your managers on customer service, it's not my fault y'all are a busy store, nor does that justify 60% accuracy on my order.

When we got to my dad's, checked the receipt after handing out burgers to everyone (kids began eating right away) and they had nothing on them BUT LETTUCE, literally just the lettuce, pattie. And bun. Receipt said only lettuce. Called them and spoke to manager, went to pick up new burgers for free, sat outside waiting over 5 minutes and decided to just go inside. Other people that were outside waiting for their order had to go inside because they forgot to put the onion rings they ordered in the bag, manager had brought their food out to them personally and told him if he wants the onion rings he has to go inside and get them. Worst Burger King I have EVER been to. They messed up our order, another customers orders, and as I sat outside waiting for my dad to finish inside, other people had complaints too and were waiting for their food for more than 5 minutes. Also, when we got our only lettuce burgers, they weren't hot. Barely warm. Terrible. Read moreI went 9/13/2025, I wasn’t able to place an order because I guess the guy that worked the night shift was left alone and he was trying to get things ready for the next shift. Nothing refers me from going to Burger King. I love Burger King and I love their breakfast sandwiches the croissants so I went back the next day which was 9/14,/2025. I like the two for five breakfast croissants, but the guy working wasn’t sure where to find it and that was OK. His personality was outstanding. His demeanor was even better. He laughed it off. He’s a great employee. I hope Burger King takes care of this guy and recognizes his attributes to this company because he deserves it. He’s very very good and I am a very difficult customer. I had no problem even though I had to pay full price for my little sandwich I did because I wanted the second one and it didn’t matter to me. I was not upset. I’d like to tell the general manager that this guy is a rockstar and his name is Brandon And I highly recommend going there and getting his service.
