Royal Palms Apartments — Local services in Tucson

Royal palms is a good place to live... the office works with u on ur rent payments..not only that they also are doing a good job on cleaning up the apartment...from the 6 years I have lived here it's been getting better...before they cleaned it up i was scared to walk to my car earlier in the morning to go to work now, its better i don't feel like that anymore...You can't just judge a place by what happens around it like the old drug dealers and the shooting and homeless being around. That happens anywhere in tucson not just at the royal palms..most of the people that live here are good people not everyone is bad like people think...just give them a chance to improve the apartments...you can tell the owner and his team are working heard to make it a better living place...the royal palms apartments are...

Going on 4 years, I have never had a single issue here. I have had no problems with roaches or any bugs. The staff have been working very hard to make this complex better by increasing security measures, constant pest control visits, crime rate is way lower then before, etc etc homeless are everywhere, drugs are everywhere, and that is NOT at the fault of the apartments!! Hailey, Mike, Manny.. all the staff here has made sure my kids & I are comfortable & living in a safe healthy environment since day one. Such respectful, kind and caring people. Great place to live & I have no plan on leaving anytime soon. Don’t listen to negative people who probably got evicted for using drugs or selling them!!! - sober...

I have lived at Royal Palms for 5 years. They are never on top of repairs and they do the bare minimum in regards to pest control. They made me fail my section 8 inspection because they had not taken care of the bed bugs for 3 months. Bed bugs are now spreading around these apartments. I know for a fact that everyone in the E building has bed bugs now, even people with clean spotless apartments. The land lord is rich and doesn’t care about those of us living here in the hood. Sometimes there is sewage in the parking lot, and it smells like human waste around here for the next couple weeks whenever that happens. So think twice before renting here, do you really want to deal with all...
