Disappointing Experience with Fangamer
I ordered the game Faith from Fangamer, and while they were quick to take my money, their follow-through on customer service left much to be desired. My item was lost in transit with USPS, and instead of helping resolve the issue, they shifted the responsibility onto me. As the seller, it’s their job to handle claims with USPS since I don’t have the necessary information to file a claim myself.
Adding to my frustration, their listed phone number appears to be fake and routes to an unrelated auto-response system. It’s impossible to reach them for proper support.

Read morePros: one thing in my order was a big hit with my kid. Cons: the order took a very long time to arrive. I wanted to return some items from my order. There is no way to return things to them without emailing them and getting a return authorization. They wouldn't respond to any of my three emails over the course of a month. I resorted to filing a credit card chargeback. Of course, they found the time to respond to that right away and banned me from their store without offering any way to resolve the issue.
