Prince Park — Local services in Tucson

I have attempted to set an appointment to see a unit-fill out an application- and buy a unit (with cash, have enough for 5 months lot rent as well ) here for going on 2 weeks every attempt is failed. I have tried just showing up during normal business hours to find the office unoccupied, and there was a few attempts at this not just once. While on the phone with Traci I was drilled on on why I had a out of state phone number I feel this is the reason I have been put on the back burner. She even dumped an appointment with me because an 'emergency' that lasted from 9 am one day and I guess 5 days after as the only contact has been from me asking again to see it again to be given another excuse. If this lady is truly that busy how could someone expect a concern in the park to be take care of???

A “Diamond In The Rough”! After spending weeks looking for a place for Mom all over Tucson, we were very impressed driving through this community for the first time. It is so clean and organized that my wife and I literally decided this would be Mom’s home before even seeing the trailer we were looking to buy. Tracy (the Community Manager) is on top of her game, knows all the policies, laws, and anything you need to know when purchasing a home in any of her communities, she returned calls quickly, is very friendly and professional, and guided us through our home purchase, she literally changed the way we looked at trailer parks. She has even gone out of her way to help Mom on a few occasions! We are so glad we found this place for Mom and can go to sleep at nights without having to worry about her safety......

Tracy is a bad manager all around. She does nothing in a timely manner. That includes repairs or even communication. She will give no notice of anything going on. One day the water will just shut off without any notice and she dosent bother to inform the tenants. This has happened on multiple occasions. She is a very vindictive person and makes up rules as she wants. I cant believe that she is still the manager at this park as she does not follow the own rules she gives out or for that matter landlord rules put in place by the state. This trailer park could be a nice community especially for families if Tracy did not run it like a dictatorship.
