I've loved the food at Las Palmas for a long time and eaten there for years. Unfortunately, food quality and portions have dropped significantly recently. I went a couple days ago and got a large cross section of their food to include the Chile Colorado (ok, not not like it used to be, very dry not much sauce), refried beans (again ok, but nothing special, salty and not much flavor, generic tasting) corn and flour tortillas (these are still good but they had very limited size options), 1/2 dozen tamws (literally the worst I've ever had. Dry, all masa, almost no filling. Overall made my mouth sad and they are the reason I am writing this review.), empanadas (pumpkin flavor was good, strawberry not great, very little filling in either flavor), and day old chocolate chip cookies (the best thing I bought, both soft and crispy, perfect sweetness).
