So I was looking for a portable AC unit and spoke on the phone with an associate named Lenny. He let me know that they had a few available. So I went down to take a look at the ones they had available on the floor. They all looked in good to great condition and upon me entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a girl name, Janine or Genevieve my apologies I can’t remember her name, but she was very courteous and friendly and assisted me right away a couple minutes later, an associate by the name of James joined us and assisted me as well and let me know from his opinion which one would be the best fit for me based on what I told him I need it and he also went and took me in the back of the store where they have the inventory to show me more models of AC units they had available but we’re not put out on the floor yet after about 15 minutes of looking in the store at the different AC units James went in the back and brought out an AC unit that had everything with it the tubing the coil hose thingy that you have to ventilate it with and it also came with the remote and as the other AC units that weren’t on the floor in the store did not come complete with the hose that is needed to stick out in the window, so James being very friendly and helpful brought me out an AC plugged it into show me how it was running and wanted to see if it satisfied my needs it did. I was very thankful and pleased with not only the AC but his customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my shopping experience , his Customer Service was thee best and the one thing that I made me feel comfortable shopping. There is that he wasn’t persistent and pushy or followed me around the store like other pawnshops have done. but I also got a really great deal on my AC unit if anybody has lived here in Arizona or Tucson like I have all my life, you know that if you do not have an AC in your house, swamp coolers, a.k.a. evaporative coolers are not gonna cut it for the summers so I’m really hopeful that this AC unit will make my summer a little bit more cooler as I dread getting into the triple digit summers that we have here so once again, James and Janine, thank you for the excellent customer service you provided from start to finish and if anyone is looking for a portable cold 🥶🥶🥶AC 💨 unit go down to USA pawn on 22nd and Swan and get a great deal and excellent customer service from a friendly associate. Out of all the pawn shops in Tucson this one is the best. Over the years I've gotten to know this store the best. I've meet the most wonderful people and amazing teams here. Everyone I've meet always has been so kind and helpful. It's also nice to be known and greeted by name. It makes the dynamic so much better while visiting to do business or just to say Hi. The current team right now, Kendra and Cassidy has always been very helpful when it comes to issues or sales, very awesome hard workers and fun people to converse with. Same with James and Cody always there to help work any problem out, they all make making decisions alot easier and understandable and clear. Andrew also is an amazing employee when hes around and whatever store hes at right now I know he brings that same kindness and professional work level as all the other employees here that makes you come back to a place like this.
