If you are in the food service industry, then you should have some customer service skills... that means speaking clearly & not getting annoyed if someone asks the flavor of an ice cream, especially when you do not have the label signs for customers to see which container has what flavor. And when a customer asks the same Q about 'what flavor is it' then perhaps realize that maybe the problem is you - the girl behind the counter would not speak up, would look at the tub of ice cream I was actually asking about and she did not annunciate anything she was saying... so we just left, Your store lost a group sale of ice cream, & donuts & coffee. The 4 of us came in at 8:15 and the lady proceeded to tell us that we can only have 2 samples per customer and nobody even asked for a sample. Then she stated rudely that the lobby closes in 10 minutes. Also there was a guy outside with a leaf blower who was blowing dirt all over my Mercedes.
