Went in one day looked at some rings, Martha (manager) helped us we applied for credit card got approved but we couldn't use it that day until she had card on hand. Martha made a contract had husband sign so when we got card we were guaranteed price. We went back w card then she said gold price had gone up so she couldn't let them go to the price she had told us a week back. We left store then we called and asked if she was not going to honor contract she said yes come back when we went back she had done a new contract with a price over $200 more than what we had agreed and there was no other contract that said with lower price. Yes, husband did sign contract but she never gave us the copy that was our bad for not demand it or taken a picture of it but we thought we were dealing with honest people. Went to buy a ring for my fiance. I felt the sale lady was too aggressive. She asked me why we went to zales first instead which I stated because there was parking over there. She was insistant on me opening a credit card in order to get free studs which I said no too on 4 different occasions. She asked my fiance where he bought my ring from. Which is none of her concern. During purchase, She asked for my id which i handed over along with my debit card. She said she did not need it because thats not my current address when I got the id back she asked how to spell my name which is why I gave her my id in the first place. I went into see earrings and one Gentleman told me the price for earrings was 299.00 and another pair for 399.00. And he stepped out and told a female associate to ring me up for the earrings that were 399.00. Then I change my mind and went to get the earrings that were 299.00. She charged me for the earrings at 399.00 she over charged me 100.00. Online they are 299.00. Be careful when purchasing there some associate's are thieves.

I went back to return the earrings and was surprised to see the original Gentleman who helped me out was there. Him and another female were more than happy to fix the problem for me. They refund the difference for the earrings and the customer service department made sure that the problem was not going to happen again. It said that one person has to ruin it...
