CONS: -No Posted Prices -Lethargic, Uninformed Staff -Make Exchanges Difficult -Cold, Uncomfortable Atmosphere -Popular Items Not Restocked on Shelves -Special Orders Often Incorrect /Incomplete -Continuously Rotating Staff -Do Not Honor Advertised Prices /Incorrectly Charge
I believe the root of it all is Charlotte, the store manager. Her demeanor is off putting and she just barks orders at people instead of coaching them. She also gets very combative and vicious in any kind of customer complaint situation. Rather than listen to what is being said and try to help or arrive at a solution, she makes the customer feel like it's their fault. She also likes to remind people she's in charge.
