Boy am I going to miss this shop. In the next couple of days I am moving out of state and I can assure you that out of all the places surrounding Oklahoma I've been to that have had vape shops, this one definitely stands out. There is a certain employee, his name is Vee, and he's one of the nicest associates you could ever hope to deal with at any location. In fact, I hope his employers see this review because this individual needs to be rewarded for his excellent customer service. So if you're his boss reading this give this guy a raise! Nowadays, it is so easy for people to not care and not give you a smile and not be positive. And this is one of the main reasons I appreciate Vee. He always has a smile and he is very knowledgeable, and it is obvious that he really cares. And I am grateful for that. Cloud chasers used to be the only vape shop I'd use, no more. Their prices have remained the same or increased while every other shop in Tulsa is lowering prices and offering discounts to their loyal customers. One of these stores made a fraudulent charge on my card and refused to help me resolve the issue, didn't even offer me a discount or credit to make up for straight up fraud from one of their locations. They always, ALWAYS pressure you to buy more than what you want and always have an excuse about why you can't use your reward points for whatever absurd reason. Be careful with this place, although they have good product they tend to add more money to the price at checkout than what the label says. If you use a credit card sometimes they add .50 to .60 cents extra to your transaction . They add .20 to .30 cents on pre priced cigars, wraps etc.that already state a price. I will not be going back here personally. It seems like a scam they are running to get more money.
