The coffee shop has a charming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere; however, the customer service was highly disappointing. We were not greeted upon arrival, nor were we asked for our order or thanked during the interaction. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism created an uninviting and uncomfortable experience. I ultimately decided not to place an order, allowing my partner to proceed instead, due to the poor service. First time I went to try this coffee shop, It was on a Saturday at 8 o’clock and there was a sign at the door saying they were closed until 8:30 for a private event. I decided to give them another try when the next day right before dinner. The barista was very nice, but when I asked how many shots are In the frappe and she couldn’t tell me because she said they made it in a big batch in the morning …..???? The customer service left a lot to be desired. The baristas seemed visibly irritated by the fact that we were ordering, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. We tried the “Strawberry Matcha,” which unfortunately was not enjoyable at all. On a positive note, the coffee itself was excellent, and the space is undeniably beautiful. However, the shop was overcrowded, and there was nowhere to sit, which made it hard to enjoy the ambiance.
